Located in Picauville, in the heart of the Cotentin and Bessin Marshes Regional Natural Park, Gîte Les Roseaux offers you a peaceful setting surrounded by greenery. This 60 m² home accommodates up to 4 guests with 2 sleeping areas: one bedroom with a 160 cm double bed and storage, and a living room with a 160 cm sofa bed with a real mattress. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, oven, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, and toaster. The bathroom features a shower, sink, toilet, and washing machine. Iron and vacuum cleaner are also provided. Enjoy Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, a TV, and self check-in via a private entrance. For families, a baby cot and high chair are available on request. Bed linen is included. Please note: video and audio recording take place in shared areas, facing the entrance gate. The interior is all on one level for easy access. Outside, relax in the courtyard with garden furniture and a barbecue, perfect for outdoor meals. Two parking spaces are available on site. One pet is allowed. Parties are not permitted. The property is 5 km from Sainte-Mère-Église and close to the D-Day beaches. Bakery and shops are 5 minutes by car; Friday morning market offers fresh local produce. East coast beaches are about 20 minutes away by car, west coast beaches 24 minutes. Mont-Saint-Michel is 1 hour 40 minutes by car.
